The tutorial milestone — kill your first Doppelganger customer. Most players unlock First Blood by Night 2, and misidentifying a customer costs nothing toward it.

How to unlock: Kill your first customer
Difficulty: Easy
This is the milestone every run hands you early. It fires the moment you correctly identify a Doppelganger and eliminate it — not when you merely suspect one. New players typically see it pop on Night 2, once the first obviously-wrong customer walks in and the game expects you to act.
- The counter tracks kills, not attempts. Misidentifying a real human customer doesn't set your progress back — it costs you money, but First Blood is still waiting for the next genuine fake.
- You don't need a gun. Any melee weapon from the starting Arsenal handles an early Doppelganger.
- Don't stall for a "clean" first kill. There's no bonus for identifying a hard Doppelganger first. Take the obvious one.
If it doesn't trigger after a confirmed kill, the usual cause is an out-of-date client — update the game, or force-restart the title on console.
