1. Tofu is not Guillermo. The poster dog is brown; Tofu is golden. Different dogs, full stop.
2. Tofu is a service dog. When Tofu visits, look up the owner's name in the N.E.T. database: Tofu works for Charles Wigglebottom, a man who can't leave his house. Tofu shopping for its owner is normal, wholesome, and not a mystery to solve.
